Product Description

I. Basic Parameters

Original OE Part No.: 1-82553039-1 / 1825530391; DC 24V; Genuine Isuzu NIKKO High-Current Starter Safety Relay (Features short-circuit protection; distinct from standard 4-pin cube relays).

Compatible Replacement Part Nos.: 0-25000-7832, 1-82553039-0; Direct plug-and-play interchangeability.

Structure: Two heavy-duty terminal posts + Integrated 2-pin dedicated white harness connector; Metal mounting bracket included; Plugs directly into the vehicle's original wiring harness—no wiring modification required.

Function: Serves as an intermediary control for the starter solenoid during ignition; Features overload protection to prevent the starter motor from continuously running and burning out.

II. Compatible Engines (Core Isuzu Engine Series)

4BG1, 4HK1, 6BG1, 6HK1, 6WG1, 6SD1, 4JB1, 4BD1

Mainstream Excavator Models:

Hitachi: EX200-5, EX300-5, ZX200-3, ZX330-3

Kobelco: SK200-8, SK250-8, SK330-8 (Isuzu-powered models)

Sumitomo: SH200-3/SH300; Doosan: DX225; Hyundai: R210-7

Sany: SY135, SY215, SY235 (Equipped with 4BG1/6BG1 engines)

Also compatible with Loaders, Forklifts, and Generator Sets (Universal for Isuzu-powered equipment).

III. Wiring Definitions

Two Heavy-Duty Copper Posts: One connects to the 24V positive terminal of the battery; the other connects to the starter solenoid switch.

White 2-Pin Connector: Receives the ignition switch signal + ECU safety control signal (24V control line).

Troubleshooting/Testing: Apply 24V power to the connector pins; if the two heavy-duty posts show continuity (conduct current), the unit is functional; if there is no continuity, the internal coil is damaged.

IV. Symptoms of Failure

Turning the ignition key produces no audible "click" sound; the starter motor fails to engage or operate at all. Contact Sticking: Starter motor continues to spin freely after engine shutdown, leading to starter burnout.

Intermittent Failure to Start (Both Cold and Hot): Internal contacts have oxidized, causing an open circuit.
