Functional Description：

Preheating (Glow): Supplies power to the glow plugs when the engine is cold, heating the cylinders to improve cold-start performance.

Starting (Starter): When the ignition key is turned to the "START" position, the main contacts engage to deliver high-amperage current to the starter motor.

Integrated Design: A single relay executes the complete "Preheat → Start" two-step control sequence, thereby simplifying the electrical control system for small 12V excavators.
