Quick Check Procedure

Measure the 5V reference voltage and ground connection to verify they are normal

Rotate the throttle / control lever while measuring the output voltage with a multimeter (voltage should vary linearly with the angle)

Check the connector for looseness, corrosion, or water ingress; verify the sensor mounting gap and tightening torque
