III. Four Core Functions (HC0119 Exclusive: [Stall Protection]; HC0108 Lacks This Feature)

Cold-Start Preheating Timer: Low-temperature control system delays power cutoff to glow plugs, improving cold-start performance.

Delayed Shutoff: Maintains power to the fuel shutoff solenoid for a brief delay after the ignition key is turned off, ensuring a smooth, fuel-cut engine shutdown.

Stall Protection (Key Feature): Immediately cuts off fuel supply to shut down the engine in the event of engine over-speeding, sudden stalling, or an abnormal, rapid drop in RPM, thereby preventing engine damage (HC0108 does not include this function).

Starter Safety Lockout: Disengages the preheating circuit once the engine has fired up, preventing accidental re-engagement (grinding) of the starter motor while the engine is running.

IV. Common Faults

1. Sudden, unexplained stalling at idle; engine over-speeding: Internal stall detection chip is damaged.

2. Preheating indicator light remains constantly on; glow plugs burn out: Timing circuit has failed.

3. No engine cranking/starting response when turning the key: RPM detection circuit has malfunctioned.
