III. Wiring Instructions

Two thick terminals: One end connects to the 24V positive terminal of the battery, the other end connects to the starter motor suction pack.

Two thin wires: Key ignition switch control signal wires; small current engages internal contacts, large current conducts to the motor.

IV. Typical Faults

No motor response when turning the key, clicking sound but no start (coil open circuit / contact burnt-out)

Contact sticking: Motor keeps turning when turning the key, burnt-out motor / battery depletion

Occasionally starts when cold, fails to start when hot (overheated contacts, loose connection)
