IV. Functional Description (Dual-Action: Safety + Starting)

Starter Safety Lockout: Disconnects the starter circuit when the transmission is not in neutral or the safety lock is not engaged, preventing accidental engine starts. 

Pre-heating Delay Control: Activates the glow plugs for 3–8 seconds during cold starts to improve engine starting performance in low-temperature conditions. 

Overload / Over-voltage Protection: Automatically cuts off power in the event of excessive starting current or abnormal voltage, thereby protecting the starter motor and alternator. Shutdown Assist: Cuts off the fuel solenoid valve upon shutdown to ensure rapid engine stoppage.
