Precision Casting Technology of Stainless Steel ZG10Cr14Ni5Mo2 Fuel Injector Housing

This paper studies the precision casting process of stainless steel ZG10Cr14Ni5Mo2 fuel injector housing. Using top-casting gating system, large size runner. When the wax mold is assembled, the vent rod is connected to the wax mold for the casting and the riser of the gating system, the iron rod is added to the cavity cylinder when the paint is applied, the thermal insulation cotton is added to the neck during the modeling, and the cold iron is added to the cavity cylinder shell. After adopting this process, castings with qualified metallurgical quality are obtained, and the qualified rate of castings is guaranteed to be above 90%, and the process design is reasonable.
