171-2211 (Circuit Breaker)

No coil: Thermal/magnetic protection; trips upon overload.

Manual reset: Requires pressing a button after tripping.

Overload protection: Does not function as a standard on/off switch.

V. Common Faults

Symptoms: Excavator fails to start; starter motor is unresponsive; entire machine has no power; a "clicking" sound is heard during starting, but the starter motor does not spin.

Diagnostics:

Check if the 24V voltage at the control plug is normal.

Listen for the internal "pull-in" sound when power is applied.

Test the continuity of the main terminals (should show continuity/conductance under normal conditions)
