After many demonstrations, the gate was designed at the position of the oil filter, the diameter of the punch was calculated, and the filling time and air pressure of the die-casting process were analyzed and simulated by MAGMA, and the final scheme of the overflow system was determined. According to the die-casting mold designed according to this scheme, the product was successfully poured at one time, and the pass rate reached 90%
