The influence of factors such as spheroidizing inoculation effect and pouring temperature on the eigenvalues of ductile iron molten iron cooling curve was studied. The overall shape of the solidification section from the primary crystal graphite precipitation temperature TGL of the cooling curve or the mass eutectic nucleation temperature TEU to the eutectic solidification end temperature TS is used to characterize the melt quality of the ductile iron molten iron. The method realizes the comprehensive evaluation of ductile iron molten iron. When the comprehensive deviation value representing the similarity of the cooling curves converges to 0, the differences between the solidification microstructure and mechanical properties corresponding to the ductile iron molten iron all converge to 0
